Alford Valley Railway 山谷铁路

Passenger trains from Alford to Haughton Country Park. Scenic trip with views of Bennachie travelling through the golf course and along the "Lang Stracht", then through the tree lined avenue to Haughton Park Station. Large play and picnic area with play equipment and walkways down to the River Don. Santa Claus and Easter Egg trains.
Open: 1pm - 5pm, last train 4.30pm. April, May and September, Sat and Sun only. June, July and August, daily. 30 min. trip. Bookings accepted for anytime for parties over 10.
Prices: Return ticket: Adults £2, Children £1.
Santa Claus Trains: Fridays 2nd and 9th December, Saturdays 3rd and 10th December 2005. Bookings accepted for Fridays only. Tickets £3.50 including train trip, gift from Santa and refreshment. First train 10am, every 30 mins., last train 3.30pm
Facilities: Picnic area, Car park, Coach parking, Toilets, Pushchair access, Wheelchair access, Exhibition, Visitor centre, Shop, Dogs allowed.
