Dining out: Buffalo's Southwest Cafe

Fans of Buffalo's Southwest Cafe were surprised when the restaurant unexpectedly closed last year, then sat empty for several months.

The doors are open once again at 2457 N. Cedar St. in Holt, with new folks running the place.

Hours: 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. Monday through Thursday, 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. Friday and Saturday, 11:30 a.m. to 10 p.m. Sunday; call 699-9464.

If you're going to a place called Buffalo's, you'd better try the wings. They were delivered to the table about 4 minutes after we ordered them. The wings were crisp and not too gooped up with sauce.

　　后来这个小店又在Holt的Cedar大街2457号新开了一家店面，并有新的顾客。

　　如果你要到一个叫做Buffalo's的地方，那么最好先尝试一下这里的鸡翅。在你点餐的4分钟左右就可以上菜。鸡翅很脆，而且不会跟酱粘在一起。
