　　Computer related equipment is referred to as： monitors whose screens are above 19 inches （including 19 inches）， monitors whose revolving power is 1024 x 1024 or other kinds of monitors whose revolving power exceeds this level； magnatic disc saving devices whose capacities exceed 165 MB； all kinds of foreign computers related equipment.
