No. 16 [2004] of the Ministry of Labor and Social Security
The labor and social security offices or bureaus of all provinces， autonomous regions， municipalities directly under the Central Government，
Circular of the former Ministry of Labor concerning Printing and Distributing the Interim Provisions on the Administration of Wages of Foreign-funded Enterprises （No. 46 [2004] of the Ministry of Labor） was decided to be abolished after deliberation. The documents on interpretation of this Circular shall be abolished simultaneously， namely the Reply of the General Office of the Ministry of Labor to the Request for Instructions on the Ownership of the Disposal Power of the Nominal Wage of Chinese Senior Managers in Chinese-foreign Equity Joint Venture Enterprises and Chinese-foreign Contractual Joint Enterprises （No. 106 [2004] of the Ministry of Labor）。
After the aforesaid documents are abolished， the authorities in all places shall continue to strengthen the supervision over and inspection of the conditions of how wages are paid to the workers in foreign-funded enterprises and cooperate with relevant departments on relatisng issues.
