　　XII. Where a fund management company with foreign shares acts in breach of this Circular and other regulations on administration of foreign exchange， the State Administration of Foreign Exchange and its branches may impose sanctions on it in accordance with the Regulations of the People's Republic of China on Administration of Foreign Exchange and other regulations on foreign exchange control.

　　XIII. This Circular shall enter into force as of May 1， 2003. The State Administration of Foreign Exchange shall be responsible for the interpretation of this Circular
