　　（3） To remove or withdraw post of the functionary appointed by the Standing Committee in accordance with laws， if the circumstances are serious；

　　（4） To remove or withdraw post of the functionary elected by the Municipal People‘s Congress in accordance with laws， if the circumstances are serious， or raise a removal proposal to the Municipal People’s Congress.

　　Article 81 If the related working agency or working staff， that undertakes regular work of the supervisory authority of the Standing Committee， commits any act of violating this regulations， the Standing Committee may order the related working agency or responsible person to make self-criticism， or circulate a notice of criticism on it（him）， or investigate the related responsible person for administrative responsibilities.

　　Chapter 15　Supplementary Provisions

　　Article 82 the Standing Committees of the People‘s Congresses of all districts shall conduct the supervisory work with reference to these regulations.

　　Article 83 These regulations shall become effective as of the date of promulgation
